I am Amy Mikhaiel, welcome to my page. I am originally from Algeria, I decided to move to the city of Los Angeles in 2008. I initially began as a housekeeper and now I am an entrepreneur and a business coach. With great desire and struggle, I established my own cleaning company. As many can relate, the journey has not been smooth nor easy. I overcame several obstacles as a woman and being a single immigrant mother with minimal knowledge of the English language.
All the challenges I faced in building my business were the building stones to my success. I am able to say that I have accomplished the American Dream. In over 10 years, I have expanded my commercial and residential cleaning empire to more than one location and have created over 200 job positions for women.
My drive and passion for creating financial freedom has lead me to want to share my knowledge and expertise with other female entrepreneurs. I have invested in the last two years of my life in professional and personal development. I was coached by the top worldwide business and life coaches. I cannot address how thankful I am for Tony Robins, Dean Graziosi, Bob Proctor, Kathy Quinlan-Perez and many others who have coached me.
After attending, many personal development classes I’ve developed a new mindset of becoming a deserving woman of success and wealth. Which for so long I thought I only have to work hard and hide behind my fears and insecurities. Once I embraced and accepted this new deserving woman within me everything fell in the right place. I started attracting better clients, better employees, etc. eventually my business escalated to a whole new level where my company started to partner with big companies. I’m proud to say that I have partnered up with Air BnB, Key Concierge, Service Titan, Heather Altman of the Million Dollar Listing on Bravo TV, B Panache, Douglas Elliman, The Altman Brothers and much more!
